Join us May 19th for the launch of our next online exhibit, A Transcontinental Love. Morris Soskin met Rose Hyams while visiting Montreal for a Zionist convention in 1921. Before he left for his return to Vancouver, the two were engaged. As they counted down the days and hours to their wedding six months later, they wrote 275 letters to one another, expressing their love and longing.

Cristen Polley, our recent Digitization Archives Assistant has returned to the JMABC to curate this exhibit. She will be presenting her process at a special event Thursday, May 19th.
